Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey Welcomes Nichelle as New Member-at-Large on Board of Directors
The Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey (GSHNJ) is proud to announce Nichelle as the latest addition to our Board of Directors as a Member-at-Large. Bringing a comprehensive background as a senior-level Human Resources professional with extensive experience across global and multinational organizations in various industries, Nichelle’s expertise spans multiple HR functions including Global/US HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Development and Acquisition, University Relations, HRIS, and International Payroll.
Nichelle is renowned for her integrity, collaborative approach, leadership capabilities, and calm demeanor. She excels in partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop practical, tailored, and results-focused solutions. Her advocacy for employees and managers aims at optimizing performance and achieving organizational results, firmly believing that treating employees with dignity and respect while holding them accountable is key to boosting morale and engagement, thereby ensuring long-term business success.
Her philosophy underscores the importance of having the right employees in the right roles at the right time, equipped with the necessary resources, training, and guidance.
