We want to keep our community informed about upcoming changes in our retail shops. Girl Scouts of the USA has announced price increases on select items, including uniforms and insignia. The good news is that prices for official Girl Scout badges will remain the same.
These price changes will begin rolling out in the GSHNJ retail shops and our online store starting Monday, August 4.
Please remember that both our North Branch and Westfield retail shops are closed for the month of July as we complete our annual inventory. They will reopen on August 4, ready to serve you with updated pricing and stocked shelves.
While our physical stores are closed, our online retail shop remains open 24/7 (link to the site), and all online orders will continue to be processed and shipped as usual.

Our NEW GSHNJ Online Shop will give you full access to see what is currently in stock in our shops. Place your online order for pick up in either North Branch or Westfield. Need your order shipped? What is your return policy for in-store purchases?
We will accept returns/exchanges of any items purchased in a GSHNJ Retail Shop within 90 days from the date of purchase, with the receipt. Returned funds will go back to the original form of payment or on a shop gift card. All items must be returned in new condition with tags on. We cannot accept used, opened, or damaged items. We can not do returns/exchanges for purchases made over 90 days, purchases made from other councils or purchases made from the GSUSA website. Please speak to a retail representative to find out more.
I ordered online through the GSUSA Official Online Store, can I return or exchange in a GSHNJ Retail Shop?
We cannot accept in-store returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online. All online returns must be completed here: https://www.girlscoutshop.com/return-policy
GSHNJ in-store transactions only are tax exempt when using a troop card or troop check as a form of payment. This does not apply to GSHNJ online shop orders. Please speak to a retail representative to find out more.
