Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey Elects Six New Members-at-Large to Board of Directors

At the 17th Annual Meeting held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey (GSHNJ) proudly installed six new Members-at-Large to its Board of Directors, each serving a three-year term from 2025 to 2028. These newly elected board members bring a wealth of professional expertise, lived experience, and a deep commitment to uplifting the next generation of youth.

The GSHNJ Board of Directors plays a critical role in advancing the mission of building Girl Scouts of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. This group of dedicated leaders—spanning industries from law and real estate to life sciences, nonprofit leadership, and equity consulting—share a common passion for youth development, mentorship, and creating more equitable opportunities for all our members.

Meet our new Members-at-Large:

Natasha Davis

Natasha Davis is a real estate developer, licensed agent, investor, and nationally certified construction trainer with over seven years of experience managing residential and commercial projects. She currently serves as a construction trainer with HACE YouthBuild and as a general contractor/project manager for The BLOC Foundation. Natasha earned degrees from Hudson County Community College, New Jersey City University, and Rutgers University. She is a Certified Project Manager and currently chairs GSHNJ’s Property Committee.

Allison Kimmich

Allison Kimmich is a consultant and researcher specializing in gender, diversity, and education. She spent more than 15 years in nonprofit leadership, including as Executive Director of the National Women’s Studies Association, where she advanced women of color leadership and earned national recognition for diversity work. Today, she advises women’s leadership startups and contributed research to Indra Nooyi’s My Life in Full. She chairs GSHNJ’s Policy Committee and is an avid marathoner based in Montclair.

Anisa Mohammed

Anisa Mohammed is a biomedical research and business leader with more than 12 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and life sciences. As Director in the Biomedical Research Integration Office at Novartis, she leads M&A integration for research teams. Anisa is a longtime advocate for women in business and healthcare and has held leadership roles in organizations like the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She holds an Executive MBA from Rutgers and a BS from MCPHS University.

Marie Reger

Marie Reger is the Chief Financial Officer at Children’s Aid and Family Services, with decades of experience leading finance and operations in the nonprofit sector. Her past leadership includes serving as CEO of Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson and executive roles at Eva’s Village and Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty. Marie holds an MBA from Iona College and a BBA in Accounting from Siena College. A third-generation Girl Scout, she previously served as a troop treasurer and cookie manager.

Tracey A. Reynolds

Tracey Reynolds is a scientist, engineer, and marketing executive with a career spanning more than 40 medical technology launches in areas like robotic surgery, digital health, and cardiovascular devices. She mentors girls and early-career professionals through organizations such as JerseySTEM and Dress for Success. Tracey holds a BS in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from NC State/UNC-Chapel Hill and is a proud advocate for STEM education and equity.

Aarin Michele Williams, Esq.

Aarin Michele Williams is a civil rights attorney and equity consultant with experience in litigation, social justice, and policy advising. She is the principal consultant at AMW IMPACT and Chief Advisor to the Director of the NJ Division on Civil Rights. Admitted to practice in NJ, NY, and SDNY, Aarin is a Howard University and Rutgers Law alumna who has served as a public defender, professor, and national advocate. She co-founded Newark’s Young Women’s Leadership & Advocacy Program and mentors young leaders statewide.

We are thrilled to welcome these new Members-at-Large whose talents, vision, and dedication will help guide our work in creating meaningful experiences for our members across our council. Their collective leadership strengthens our movement and ensures that the Girl Scout mission remains vibrant and relevant for generations to come.
