January 06, 2025

Westfield, NJ – January 6, 2025 - It’s the most delicious time of the year! Starting today, Monday, January 6, Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey (GSHNJ) opens the 2025 Girl Scout Cookie Season, inviting cookie lovers to enjoy their favorites while supporting local members. From timeless classics like Thin Mints® and Caramel deLites® to the farewell season of Toast-Yay!®, every purchase helps participants develop invaluable life skills while funding inspiring, life-changing experiences.

“The Girl Scout Cookie Program™ is a powerful tool that equips members with essential skills like goal setting, money management, decision making, people skills, and business ethics,” said Natasha Hemmings, CEO of Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey. “Every box sold helps participants learn how to run their own businesses, tackle challenges, and make meaningful decisions—skills that will serve them well throughout their lives. It’s amazing to witness their growth and determination as they embrace these opportunities.”

The Girl Scout Cookie Program does more than delight taste buds—it changes lives. Every purchase helps fuel the dreams of Girl Scout members across New Jersey, providing critical funding for service projects that give back to communities, camp adventures that promote growth and teamwork, and unique learning opportunities that inspire creativity and resilience. Each box sold supports the development of skills and experiences that enable our members to make a positive impact on the world around them.
