William & Ida Kiefer Memorial Scholarship
Dear Ambassador Girl Scout,
As you prepare for graduation and the exciting next chapter ahead, we want to remind you that being a Girl Scout means you are part of a lifelong sisterhood. Long after your final troop meeting, you remain connected to a network of women and dedicated volunteers who believe in you and are cheering you on.
We’re delighted to share an opportunity created with girls like you in mind: the William & Ida Kiefer Memorial Scholarship. Established to support “deserving students in Essex and Hudson counties wishing to further their post-high school education,” this scholarship is designed to help you take the next step toward your goals.
What makes this opportunity especially meaningful is its flexibility. The scholarship may be used for any post-high school education—not just a traditional four-year college. Whether you are pursuing technical school, culinary arts, cosmetology, a certification program, or another accredited training path, we encourage you to apply. Your dreams matter, and we are proud to support the many paths our Girl Scouts choose.
