Join Us at RoboCon NJ! Have you ever wondered how robots work? Now is your chance to explore the exciting world of robotics! At RoboCon NJ, Girl Scouts will complete three Robotics Badges while participating in hands-on STEM activities led by local high school robotics teams.
During this action-packed workshop, Girl Scouts will:
-Discover how robots are used in everyday life
-Tour robotics team pits and see robots up close
-Watch live robotics competitions at center court
-Design a robot that could change the world
-Build a take-home Brush Bot (grades K-2) or explore micro coding (grades 3+)
Each badge session is approximately 3 hours and includes movement throughout the event. Participants will complete all badge requirements while experiencing the excitement of RoboCon NJ.
Please note: Official badges are not included, but participants will receive a fun patch. Adult Attendance: Troop ratios will be strictly adhered to. Due to space limitations, a maximum of two adults per troop may attend. No tagalongs are permitted.
