GSHNJs Bylaws require an annual meeting of the council membership,
which is comprised of our Board of Directors, Board Development
Committee, Service Unit Delegates, and National Council Delegates. Any
member of Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey who is 14 years or older may
attend as a guest.
What
to Expect at the 18th Annual Meeting
Breakfast, credentialing, and networking begin at 9am. When credentialing is complete, our CEO, Natasha Durant, will reflect on GSHNJ's challenges and successes in 2025 during her stewardship report, and the formal business of the Board will follow. We'll hear reports from our National Council delegates, Board Chair, and more, plus enjoy reflections from Girl Scouts who are living the Girl Scout mission. The event will close with an investiture ceremony for our newly elected Board members.
