Join us at the Great Swamp and learn how to identify and tap maple trees, collect sap, and make real maple syrup over a wood-fired evaporator. Learn the Native American legends of how maple sugaring started, and finish with a syrup taste test!

Details: This program partially supports the Girl Scout Cadettes Trees Badge. (Badges can be purchased separately at council shops.) This program will be held half outdoors, so dress for the weather. Syrup will be available for purchase while supplies last. 

Girl Scouts and adults must register for this program or event. All Girl Scout participants must be chaperoned at this program or event by their Troop Leaders or by a guardian.
