Welcome back Ctrl+Alt+Deafeat Robotics Team! We're so proud of your achievements last season and look forward to another year of fun, growth, and accomplishments! This registration covers both pre-season and competition season. (Feb-Dec'26) ~C

 

This registration is by invite only. You must be able to commit to attending a minimum of 80% of meetings during competition season. Please be sure that you can commit to the entire season before registering. Schedules will be organized through the team coaches. No robotics experience necessary!

What to Expect

  • Competition season runs from Aug/September-December
  • Meetings will be lcoated at the GSHNJ Westfield Service Center
  • Meet 2x per week
  • Weekday Meeting/Time TBD
  • Weekend Meeting are Sundays, 2:30-5:30pm
  • Lots of FUN!

  • Weekly assignments

The core values of FLL focus on Discovery, Inclusion, Innovation, Fun, Teamwork, and Impact. Each season is broken down into 4 components which include Core Values, Robot Design, Robot Game, and the Innovation Project. Through these components, your Girl Scout will learn how to design and code autonomous robots to score points in the game, explore different and exciting careers through the Innovation Project, how to breakdown problems and create a strategy, how create fun and engaging presentations, how to work as a positive team member, and so MUCH more!

This is a drop-off program and GSHNJ volunteer coaches will serve as chaperones. No adults need to register for this program.
