In Woman Up: Social Justice by the Numbers, Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors will gain valuable financial literacy while exploring the connection between math and social justice. Through engaging, hands-on activities aboard the Mobile Classroom-in collaboration with Kean University-participants will build personal budgeting skills, examine financial trends, and apply mathematical concepts to real-world data on gender equity.
This program aligns with the My Money Habits (Cadette), My Financial Power (Senior), and My Financial Planner (Ambassador) badges, equipping girls with essential tools for financial independence and economic advocacy. Badges available for purchase with registration.

Part 2- Cost $5
On May 31, 2025, all Girl Scouts who participated in Part 1 will gather for a Mini-Conference at Kean University. In this final session, they will apply what they've learned to explore financial strategies that help women build and leverage their economic power. By the end of the program, Girl Scouts will leave with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to manage their finances and advocate for economic justice in their communities.
Note: Girl Scouts must attend a Mobile Classroom Program to attend the Mini-Conference. The capacity of the Mobile Classroom is 12 Girl Scouts per session.
