Hey Seniors and Ambassadors-get ready to level up
your outdoor skills at the Senior & Ambassador Camp Day
Experience! This immersive, hands-on event brings the adventure of
camp to the Girl Scout Leadership Center in Newark, with activities
designed just for older Girl Scouts.
You'll dive into
advanced camping techniques, learn how to plan and lead safe,
successful outdoor experiences, and explore Leave No Trace ethics on a
deeper level. From campsite planning to campfire safety (and
everything in between), you'll build confidence and skills you can
take to any outdoor setting.
🥗 During our mid-day break,
you'll also prepare a healthy, energizing lunch, discovering how smart
food choices can fuel your leadership in the outdoors.
So
grab your gear, your leadership spirit, and your love for the
outdoors-it's time to camp the Girl Scout way, Senior & Ambassador style!
This is a drop-off program and GSHNJ staff chaperones will be provided. No adults need to register for this program. Troop leaders should register to attend with their registered Girl Scouts.
