Led by Elizabeth Cherilus from the
nonprofit CRITC (Children Representing in the Culture), this engaging
workshop, "Building Balance Inside and Out," is designed for
Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, and their parents to explore fun,
age-appropriate self-care practices.
Activities include:
Five Buckets of Life: Explore Physical, Mental,
Emotional, Financial, and Spiritual wellness through creative
expression.
Energy Exchange Game: A movement-based
activity to learn how daily experiences affect our energy.
Balance Board with Color Blocks: A tactile way to understand
how we juggle different parts of life.
"What Fills
My Cup?" Exploration: Reflect on the people, places, and things
that bring joy and peace.
Affirmation Circle: Craft and
share powerful, positive self-talk statements in a supportive group setting.
💚 This session is all about building foundational self-care habits
and emotional wellness - together!

this program or event. All Girl Scout participants must be chaperoned
at this program or event by their Troop Leaders
