🌿 Celebrating Mental Health Awareness with Girl Scouts 🌿

Join us for an inspiring afternoon dedicated to Celebrating Mental Health Awareness! This special members-only event is designed to empower both girls and adults with knowledge, tools, and creative outlets to support mental well-being. Girl Scouts and their supporting adults should attend together.

Program Highlights:

Mental Health First Aid Workshop
Learn age-appropriate strategies for recognizing and responding to mental health challenges. Separate sessions will be held for youth and adults, led by certified instructors.

Healthy Eating & Snack-Making Workshop
Explore the connection between nutrition and mental health! Together, we'll prepare a delicious and nutritious snack while learning how food choices can affect our mood and energy.

Creative Minds Craft Workshop
Discover how art can be a powerful tool for mindfulness and self-expression. We'll dive into a hands-on craft activity designed to stimulate creativity and promote mental clarity.

This event is a safe, supportive space to connect, learn, and grow together. Let's take care of ourselves and each other-mind, body, and spirit.
