Explore Gorge Preserve and search for waterfalls and
birds with GSHNJ Trailblazer Girl Scouts who are leading this hike as
part of our Summer
Hike series to develop their leadership skills and
support our Trailblazer programming! We'll use a bird guide to help us
identify any birds we see along the way while enjoying the Gorge
Preserve in Bloomsbury, NJ. A small bootprint patch is included with
your program fee for each summer hike you attend. Family Ramblers
Hiking Club members can register for any of our Summer hikes with a 50
percent discount (code available in the Family Ramblers forum). Not a

-All participants should wear
closed-toe shoes, bring a refillable water bottle/optional snack and
dress for the weather.
-This hike will take place in
light/intermittent rain, but severe weather will cancel.
-The
exact meeting location with any additional information will be emailed
by leaders to registered participants prior to the hike.
-This
hike requires a minimum of 7 participants to run.
This program is open to non-members but all must register to attend.
All Girl Scout participants must be chaperoned at this program by
their Troop Leaders or by a guardian.(Safety
Activity Checkpoints - Troop Ratios).
