Girl Scouts-get ready to explore the universe from your own backyard! Astro in the City is a four-part summer series where science meets creativity and the night sky becomes your canvas.

Over the course of the program, you'll: Learn to spot stars, track the Moon, and identify constellations
Discover how city lights affect stargazing
Become an urban astrophotographer using YouthAstronet, an online tool that lets you take real images of the Moon, planets, and galaxies-no telescope needed!
Use your cosmic snapshots to create a personalized portfolio and poster that showcases your discoveries and imagination

Whether you love science, art, or both, this series is your launchpad to the stars!

This is a drop-off program with GSHNJ staff chaperones. No adults need to register.
