Hey Daisies and
Brownies-get ready for a day full of fun, adventure, and outdoor
discovery at the Daisy & Brownie Camp Day Experience! This
exciting, hands-on event brings the magic of camp indoors to the Girl
Scout Leadership Center in Newark.
You'll explore the
basics of camping through playful and age-appropriate activities-like
how to set up a cozy campsite, practice being a nature-friendly
camper, and even learn simple campfire fun (no flames needed!). It's
the perfect introduction to the great outdoors for our youngest
explorers.
🥗 During our mid-day break, you'll also make
a healthy and yummy lunch, learning how good food gives us the energy
we need for big adventures.
So bring your troop, your
curiosity, and your best outdoor spirit-let's camp the Girl Scout way,
right in the heart of Newark!
This is a drop-off program and GSHNJ staff chaperones will be provided. No adults need to register for this program. Troop leaders should register to attend with their registered Girl Scouts.
