gsZoom, your Girl Scouts, volunteers, and their families can stay
connected, continue to build skills, and have a blast no matter where
they are.
GSHNJ members with an active membership October 1, 2022 – September
30, 2023 (MY23), eligible background check, and current role status as
a Troop Leader or Service Unit volunteer may purchase or renew a
gsZoom license at a deeply discounted rate of $3 per month, pro-rated
monthly, to facilitate Girl Scout activities. gsZoom licenses allows
for up to 500 participants and unlimited meeting length, and is valid
through July 31, 2023.
Purchase a gsZoom License through gsEvents, then use this link to
sign a GSUSA
Zoom License User Agreement. You will receive emails from info@gshnj.org and
Zoom with instructions on how to activate your account.
Zoom License Terms and Conditions
- Zoom licenses may be purchased by GSHNJ adult members
registered for the member year October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023
(“MY23”), with eligible background check, and current role status as
a Troop Leader or Service Unit.
- Purchases by individuals
who are not registered in MY23 will not be honored.
- If you
are unclear about your membership status, please check your MyGS
account online or contact Member Support at info@gshnj.org.
- Zoom Licenses will expire July 31, 2023.
- Please allow
7-10 business days after your transaction is complete to receive an
email from Zoom to the email address indicated at time of
checkout.
- Non-activated licenses will expire after 30 days.
Be sure to check all your email folders including junk or spam.
- Any person who uses a GSUSA Zoom license will be deemed to have
accepted GSUSA's Zoom User Agreement.
- All Zoom
licenses are property of Girl Scouts of the USA and subject to the
Girl Scout Zoom terms of service. Licenses may be revoked for
violating the terms of service.
- Licenses are for an
individual and may not be shared. If you already have a Zoom
account, the user must provide an email address that is not
associated with the existing Zoom account. Providing the same email
address will result in deactivation of the existing Zoom account. A
license should be held by the troop leader or another adult
volunteer working with the troop/service unit. Do not share your
username/password with anyone.
- If you are a leader or
volunteer with more than one active troop, we suggest asking another
adult in a troop to hold a license on behalf of the troop.
- Licenses are to be used for Girl Scout related use only.
- There are NO REFUNDS for Zoom license purchase. There will be
one license per person per email address.
