GSHNJ is excited to host this delicious fundraiser for the second year in a row! Enjoy the culinary creativity of our generous chefs as they transform well-loved Girl Scout cookies into amazing appetizers and desserts.

All funds raised from this event will help benefit Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey programming including STEM & robotics, council-based initiatives such as Girl Scouts Beyond Bars and Juliette's House, enhanced programming and unique outdoor experiences for girls.

In 2015 Lance opened Blujeen restaurant in Harlem, NYC. Blujeen is a critically acclaimed restaurant specializing in Chef Lance's unique brand of American, Southern, and Barbecue cuisines. In 2015 Lance founded the Black Chef Series, a dinner series highlighting African American Chefs. In 2018 Lance opened Spaces @ Hat City, a special events and catering facility in Orange NJ.
