Chef Brian Walter
Brian Walter, Executive Chef at Shackamaxon Country Club, boasts a first-rate culinary pedigree with 20 years of success in both the private club industry and with world class restaurants.
In 2009, Walter was hired as Executive Chef by Hamilton Farm Golf Club in Gladstone, New Jersey, where he served for two years. Most recently, he was Culinary Director and Executive Chef for MGL Food Services and Bayberry Culinary Consultants in Somerset, New Jersey.
During his career, Walter was given the distinction of becoming an honorary James Beard Foundation member, and his creative food dishes have been recognized in local and national publications. Walter also has appeared as a guest chef on Good Morning America, FOX5 Good Day New York and NBC Today.
