Dining Hall and Kitchen Management Training
This course is mandatory if you plan to use the Dining Hall/Kitchen complex at Camp Hoover. We discuss how to plan for your group’s needs, purchasing, and gathering enough volunteers. You will tour the building and the mechanical systems. You will obtain hands-on experience using the kitchen equipment, washing dishes, and setting up a meal as you help prepare lunch for the Work Weekend participants. This course takes 5 hours to complete.
