"No Risk" Nut/Candy Booth Sale
Troops can hold a “No Risk” nut/candy booth sale during the weekend of November 16th - 18th. "No Risk" means having the option to sell pre-ordered items and replace what's sold with a reorder. Here’s how it works:
- Troop will contact SU Manager with the location, date, and time of their booth sale
- Before distributing nuts/candy to the scouts, the Troop will sell the Troop’s nut/candy items at a booth sale the weekend of November 16th - 18th.
- After the sale, email Council at nuts@gshnj.org no later than 12 pm NOON on Tuesday, November 20th with reorder form to replace the items sold.
Gifts of Caring Program
Have customers with nut allergies or who avoid candy or sugar? Ask for Gift of Caring donations! Girls can now ask customers to make $5.00 Gift of Caring donations that send nut tins to U.S. military men & women overseas. Even customers with no dietary restrictions may want to support this cause, so be sure to offer Gift of Caring to all customers. Troops earn $1.00 from each Gift of Caring donation, and girls that have 5 or more nut donations will earn the “Share” patch.
