Learning self-defense is not scary!  This program stresses the importance of awareness and setting appropriate boundaries in a fun, interactive way.  You will practice techniques against a "mock" bully and "mock" stranger, begin preparation for using the internet and learn how to recognize your "instinct" and learn that your voice is the best tool you have.  Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.  Bring a snack and drink.  Nor shorts or slip-on shoes.
