Visit the Stickley Museum and imagine yourself in 1911 as one of the five daughters of Gustav Stickley.  Come see Girl Scout Heart of New Jersey’s own 2013 Gold Awardee, Alexis Perez’s exhibit “Connecting with the Past through Fashion Design”, and discover what life was like for young woman in the early 1900’s.  Explore the Stickley girls’ lives through pictures and on a tour of the Stickley Museum, their rustic country home.  Create a fascinator and jeweled brooch to dress like a Stickley girl and try common activities for young ladies of the era like embroidery and parlor games like charades and telephone.   Create a diary page and role-play as your favorite Stickley girl at a “living history” party.
