There is no shade on the river, so dress for the weather and to get wet; wear old sneakers or secure sandals you don't mind getting muddy. Life jackets, instruction and safety info are included. Bring a bag lunch and a full, reusable water bottle. Bring a change of dry clothing and footwear for after the trip. Be prepared to pack out your trash.
