If you plan to use the Dining Hall/Kitchen Complex at Camp Lou Henry Hoover then this course is for you. Upon competion, you will be qualified as an on-site manager of the Dining Hall/Kitchen Complex. This course includes how to plan for your group's needs, purchasing for your group, and gathering volunteers. You will also tour the building and mechanical systems. You will obtain hands on experience using the kitchen equipment, washing dishes, and setting up for a meal as you help prepare lunch for a program. This course will take 5 hours to complete.
