Haya!  In this 2-session course by a Black Belt Instructor, you will learn the techniques and skills to protect yourself from personal assaults, street attacks and abductions.  This fun, physical strength and fitness workshop starts with a warm up then progresses to joint and balance exercises and ends with fun games.  You must attend both sessions on the dates specified to complete the course and earn the badge.  Meets requirements for Junior Self Defense badge.
