Want to become a better swimmer?  Then this is the program for you.  You will talk with a coach, learn strength exercises and activities to increase your endurance and improve your sports skills.  Have fun as you take turns jumping off the diving board and playing in the pool.   Bring water to drink and a snack.  Come with your swimsuit and a towel.  You will earn Practice With  A Purpose badge upon completion of the workshop.  Cost per girl is $20.00
