Trained instructors will present the American Heart Association First Aid certification course.  You will learn how to do basic first aid on others, how to prevent serious injuries outdoors and to treat them if they occur; what a well stocked first aid kit should have in it, and how to recognize and treat shock and hypothermia.

Journey or Skill Involved:  Meets requirements for the Cadette First Aid badge - Cadette First Aid & AHA Certification card.  You must be 12 years old or older. Wear comfortable clothes and bring lunch and a drink.
