Training Description:
If you plan to use the Dining Hall/Kitchen Complex at Camp Hoover then this course is for you. Upon completion, you will be qualified as an on-site manager of the Dining Hall/Kitchen Complex. This course includes how to plan for your group’s needs, purchasing for your group, and gathering enough volunteers. You will also tour the building and the mechanical systems. You will obtain hands on experience using the kitchen equipment, washing dishes, and setting up a meal as you help prepare lunch for the Work Weekend participants. This course takes 5 hours to complete.
